Privacy policy.
Arrow Puzzle is built to be simple to open and simple to understand. We keep data use limited: game progress stays in your browser, while Google Analytics helps us understand general site use.
Privacy at a glance
- No account is required. Arrow Puzzle does not provide sign-in, profiles, or cloud-synced game saves.
- Progress is stored locally. Your browser may save completed levels and the most recently selected level so the game can resume on the same browser and device.
- We use Google Analytics. This helps us measure broad site activity, such as page visits and general interactions, so we can improve the game and its pages.
- We do not sell gameplay progress. The local progress data used by the game is not sent to Arrow Puzzle as an account record.
Browser storage and game progress
Arrow Puzzle uses local browser storage to remember which levels you have completed and which level you last selected. This information remains in the browser on the device where you play. It is not an account, and it does not automatically move to another browser or device.
You can clear this saved progress through your browser’s site-data or storage controls. Clearing Arrow Puzzle’s site data removes the locally saved game state, including completed-level progress.
Analytics
Arrow Puzzle loads Google Analytics to understand aggregate use of the website and game, including visits to pages and general interaction patterns. Google may use cookies or similar technologies when providing this service. Google processes this information under its own Privacy Policy.
You can control or remove analytics-related cookies through your browser settings. Browser settings differ by device, so check the help information for the browser you use.
Information you choose to send
If you email us at hello@arrowpuzzle.io, we receive the information you include in that message, such as your email address and feedback. We use it to reply to you and to understand the issue or suggestion you describe. Please do not send sensitive personal information in game feedback.
Sharing, retention, and security
Arrow Puzzle does not sell personal information. Local progress is stored on your device rather than kept as a user profile by Arrow Puzzle. Analytics information is handled by Google Analytics as described above. Technical service providers may process the information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as ordinary network request data.
We retain email correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to it or keep an appropriate record of the conversation. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we aim to keep the site lightweight and avoid collecting information that the game does not need.
